Steven Parker - CEO/President
 
Steven is a 28 year veteran in the construction industry.  Honor, integrity and professionalism continue to define his career.  He has successfully managed projects in Hawaii, California, Nevada, Texas and Florida providing him experience on a national level.  Steven graduated in Business Administration from the University of Utah, which has prepared him to lead Top Tier, Inc to new heights.  Steven is a member of NAIOP, ICSC, USGBC and AGC.
 
 
 
Steve Strain, AIA - Director
 
Steve has more than 25 years of experience in the construction and architectural industries.  He has served as Principal Architect of his own firm.  Steve received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1976 from Texas Tech University and is licensed as a Registered Professional Architect in Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New York and Louisiana. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects.
